Revisions to the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Please see the attached Guideline (pdf) for sections 119, 119.1 & 119.2 recently approved by MLRC. A revised Index (pdf) is also attached for reference.
This new guideline replaces the following:
119 (1) "Motor Vehicle Brakes for Ramps" May 8, 1991
and
119 (11) "Mobile Vehicle Brake Testing" November 29, 1995.
